I have no idea what this is. I was just playing around with effects and filters in GIMP (Linux graphics util) and this came out of it. It's a CRAP load of filters.. I was going to improve on it and call it "The Eye of God", but I wasn't able to repeat what I did. Damn it. :) Ahh well.
